Hi, I'm Teá – the curator, creative director, shipping team, social media manager, and CEO behind The Vintage Tea.

My journey in the fashion industry began while working a 9-5 in the contemporary retail space. I spent my days admiring the designer heels and dreaming of a Carrie Bradshaw-esque closet, but I just couldn’t justify the price tag. That's when I got resourceful and learned how to source the vintage versions for less. More importantly, I began to shop sustainably, sparking the creation of The Vintage Tea. Currently, I balance my business with my career in retail buying, where I continue to refine my expertise in sourcing and authentication.

Where do you source your items?

Where do you source your items?
We source our curated collection from trusted vendors worldwide. The majority of our products are imported from Italy, France, Japan, and the United States. We can also acquire pieces directly from our customers. If you're interested in selling to us, please submit a form here!

How do you authenticate your items?

We ensure each piece passes through two layers of authentication, first through the authenticity guarantee from our vendors, and second through my personal examination, having been professionally trained in authentication. We proudly offer an authenticity guarantee for every product at The Vintage Tea.

How do you evaluate the condition of your items?

We exclusively source new to gently used, or grade A-B condition products. As the pieces are old. it is possible that they experience wear after usage, such as a damaged heel cap or sole. Such imperfections can be easily and affordably fixed by a local cobbler.

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns at this time. If you have questions about the fit or condition of a product, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are happy to provide size comparisons, measurements, and/or any other detailed information you may need.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country.

How can I keep my vintage items in good condition?

To extend the life of your vintage items, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For shoes, consider using a shoe tree or stuffing them with paper to maintain their shape. Regular care, such as cleaning and conditioning leather, will help keep your pieces looking new!

Can I make special requests or custom orders?
